In Colorado's picturesque Snowmass Village, Renewal sits on the hillside overlooking the surrounding valley. This modern renovation and addition breathes fresh energy into an existing single-family residence. Reflecting the essence of rejuvenation, the design aimed to harmoniously merge old with new, maintaining a seamless interaction with nature's backdrop.

The exterior facade was modernized with rich wood paneling, black accents, concrete, and unique lighting. The outdoor experience was expanded in the side and backyard spaces, along with increased garage square footage and new curb appeal, landscaping, and front entry. The interior spaces were elevated with a full gut of the outdated kitchen, living, and dining room and creation of a spacious open floor plan. The old kitchen was transformed into a powder and laundry room, and the addition of expansive windows and doors create a dining space with connection to the outdoors. A guest room, mudroom, larger garage, and playroom were added to the lower level. Finish details throughout the bedrooms and bathrooms created welcoming spaces with the homeowner in mind.​
