Max Hemmy
Architectural Designer
Born and raised in Port Orange, Florida, Max worked at a local architecture firm for 6 years before starting his architectural schooling and career. He worked toward his Associate of Arts degree and private pilot’s license before seriously considering architecture as a career path worth pursuing. He then moved to Gainesville, Florida to study architecture at The University of Florida - where he studied abroad in Paris and Italy. Upon graduation Max pursued his Masters in Architecture at The University of Florida CityLab. While obtaining his MA, Max was a Graduate Teaching Assistant organizing events and technology training for the director of the department.
Max moved to the valley for a change of pace in 2023 and enjoys spending time outdoors with his two dogs Brutus and Lulu. He loves nature and plants, as he has a large plant collection that moved across country with him. He enjoys college football (Go Gators!) and F1 Racing. When he’s not exploring what the Roaring Fork Valley has to offer, you can find him cooking and making mixed drink creations for his friends, one of many ways he loves to express his creativity.
