Born and raised in Southridge, Massachusetts and went to college in Boston. She began working in the architecture industry at Z Group Architects in 2004, during two co-op semesters in college. She became a full-time team member in 2013 and obtained her Architectural Degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology in 2007.

Katie is certified in LEED AP. She values the work life balance culture of Z Group and having the opportunity to work on spectacular projects in a small intimate firm. Being hands on and immersed in her work is a point of pride. As Project Manager, her role is managing and overseeing projects to completion.

With a passion for friendships and family, Katie's love for living and working in the Roaring Fork Valley is in sync with so many locals - enjoying the great outdoors, snowboarding, hiking, running, camping, mountain biking, and cross county skiing. She is proud to be a multiple trail-running racer, including a 50K. Spending time with her husband, young son, and dog bring her joy. With her extended family and friends living in the area, it was an easy decision to join the Roaring Fork Valley community.
