Brittany Biebl

Director of Business Operations

Brittany joined Z Group in 2021 and serves as the Director of Business Operations. A born-and-raised Roaring Fork Valley local, she grew up competing in freestyle skiing, riding horses, and playing tennis, while graduating valedictorian from Aspen High School. She continued on to graduate from Pomona College in 2007, majoring in Environmental Analysis with a focus on Mathematics and Economics. Playing collegiate tennis in college fostered a continued love of the sport – so much that she went on to coach her team after graduating. During those years, she also earned an MBA in graduate school, solidifying her expertise in business management and organizational leadership. Coaching and business school further taught a passion to excel through collaboration of a team and leadership that is characterized by mutual respect, plays to individual strengths, and knows when to lead from the front and when to support in the background.

Outside of work, Brittany can often still be found on the tennis court in the summertime, out on the trails, or skiing trees and steeps in the winter.
